Dad's the best...

Greg did something for me and I said ( Greg you're the best husband ever) and Tati said ( mom you always say that you got the best husband ever,why do you think dad is the best you only been married to him??? ) and I told her.
When you fall in love with someone and this someone loves you back and treat you very nice you too will think he's the best, and when you have kids they will be the cutest one in the whole world. When you go watch their play at school, doesn't matter how many kids are there, your eyes will see only one kid up there " yours" and you'll melt and think how cute,how great, etc...
And she said ( mom now I know what you mean, because I think you're the best mom in the whole world and the funniest and cutest too).
Just one of those conversation that I need to write down, how sweet and tender is a child's heart. My sweet princess :)

Family Home Evening

Every first family home evening of the year we talk about our personal and family goal for that year and also to talk about what we would like to do in the Spring Break and summer. Each of us say which place would be fun to go and we vote.
Tonight for FHE we talked about eat health,exercise,not to complain about what is to eat and try new things,eat your vegetables.
Yesterday Cody and Chad made dinner for all of us after church and it was very good.
More and more I appreciate the moments we spend together and we're building priceless memories.

My twin nieces

They're finally here, they're small. They came 3 weeks early and my sister-in-law stayed 53 days in the hospital in bed rest. I'm glad they're all okay, health. I wish I was there, but I was able to watch some from here. The hospital that she delivered in Brazil had in their website a link that you can watch some of the labor you just have to have a password. That was awesome.

New Years 2011

As always on new years eve we had some friends from church. We had a great time, dinner, we dance and fire work.
I love Christmas here in USA but I really like New years Eve in Brazil, I guess because is summer, before midnight we go to the beach and midnight we have the fireworks, it's beautiful, everybody wears white.We jump 7 waves and make wishes.
I can't just go to bed and wait for the new year, I have to celebrate it....

I Love Christmas

I love X-mas, not because the presents,parties, but because the spirit of it. I love to decorate for it and all the memories that come as I decorate.Our family room tree has ornaments from family and friends, ornaments that my kids made when they were in preschool. I love snowman, they're all over my house.The snowman in my stairs my mother-in-law and I made I think 8 or 10 years ago.The deer on the table I also bought with my mother-in-law. Like I said everything has a little story.
